I think that the BOD's preferred SP landing on the NASDAQ price would be circa $USD8.00 (**100:1) which corresponds to an exit (delist) ASX price of AUD$0.125c

With current FX @.64c.

But currently, we are trading lower. If we delisted today we would land on the NASDAQ at circa $USD5.76 (**100:1) based on an ASX price of AUD$0.09c

So the answer depends on our final trading price on the ASX.
