I had the exact same "liquidity" concerns.
I voiced those concerns at the Brisbane Meetup with Troy.
He was quite adamant in his responses, that "liquidity" with approximately 16M shares was the correct amount of consolidation per their USA advice.
I did press him on this and he repeated that this $8.00 price point was the "sweet spot".
He had no concerns regarding liquidity. as per @Flyingcorky1
Share placements and CR's are going to happen.
This is a transformational business, they have a strategy to grow the business, so it is inevitable.
