Kev I think it will ultimately depend on the consolidation ratio.

Say we end up with 100:1, then if you have less than 100 IHL shares in the ASX this will go over to the U.S but would be an unmarketable parcel.
It may be liquidated automatically if this is the case, or you may have to contact them and specifically request they do not liquidate your unmarketable parcel so you can wait and see if the prices rises over time.

It's one of the many little nuances shareholders need to be aware of in the event the swap gets voted in.
