Thanks, conversely if post Nasdaq, say IXHL trades as 8 USD then it would be equivalent to 8 USD / 100 = 0.08 USD i.e 12c Australian equivalent (assumption one has bought 100k shares in ASX at .40c and would like to know in future how one's portfolio is tracking based on Aussie purchase) .
Now, if the takeover offer comes at 16 USD, the above person would be underwater as the .40c shares are now worth only .24c.

I'm taking a cautious approach as so called 'merits' of Nasdaq listing should have materialized when we listed on Nasdaq, seems like I'm reading deja vu comments all over again leading up to initial listing. My concern is in line with what some other posters have called brought forward that we get taken over for cheap and most of us will be underwater.
