Secondly - Management are shareholders and will not be selling this company for $16 USD or what's equivalent to $0.24c AUD. They are in this for a big payday and that is in the $$ AUD or well above current all time highs.... So in summary - no one will be under water if things go as management are planning & the best exchange to execute this will be on the NASDAQ.

If the successful commercialisation of 42x is worth +1 B USD / yr in 4/5 years general rule of thumb we close to 10B mc. Especially including our other assets.
