Ann: IHL Intends to Redomicile to US & List all Shares on Nasdaq, page-90

I should clarify that today’s Ann was the final piece because of which I have sold out. Slow progress like TBI and inflammation trials, slow progress on APIRx related work etc was already the triggers for me… todays Ann regarding re-domiciling and closing the ASX listing shows that mgmt is more focused on SP and corporate side than the trials. Anyways, different people will have their views and I have mine. Didn’t want to come off as today’s Ann was the only reason because of which I sold out. So I wanted to clarify that point.

Also, I don’t want to sit here and debate the pros and cons, or the merits of the mgmt or their approach. This was just my reasons and no advice to anyone on how they should do their investing. Please DYOR.

I have learned a lot from this forum and earned a lot from my IHL investment so I will always be thankful for everything.

Will still keep this on my watchlist. GLATH.
