As an ordinary dad and mom investor, I know Microsoft, Amazon, Tesla are good companies but I am not freely to invest via my broker (e. NAB, ComSec), I guess there are hurdles/thresholds you need to fulfill investor such as a minimal amount. However if they are listed in ASX with their full shares available I will definitely buy their shares.

That's a good point, but the type of knowledgeable investors the Board are talking about arnt you mum and dad investors. These US instos and funds who want a piece of IHL shouldn't have the barriers us mum and dad investors do. Again there has to be more to this.
