Murri, Maybe for one he doesn’t need to inform the board. I’m happy for Sud to sell, he clearly needs the money. Not ideal selling whilst a low volume burn daily but better for upside once we hit Nasdaq full time.
IMO he is clearly desperate selling below his conversion price.
