looking at the scheduled trial on clinicaltrials.gov you can see…
a. Their trial has 600+ patients. That is a lot!
b. Their estimated start date is later this year and their estimated completion date is June 2025.

They have been asked for 12 months data from the FDA - realistically to collect data, get trial participants and analyse and package data for FDA - they are looking at 18 months.

They have been asked for extra data after the black mark against them.
We are being asked for data post good safety profile etc.

I think we are still ahead of them
