Apologies in advance, I don't own any non ASX securities.
So, am I right in understanding this means they will delist from the ASX and only be listed on NASDAQ then?
How does this practically work for existing ASX shareholders, is there a share swap, or will the shares be bought out?
If there is a share swap, wouldn't that trigger a capital loss event?
Wouldn't it also mean if there were any dividends paid in the future there will be no franking credits etc either?
Thanks.
