    $USD 4.16 based on the current price of AUD 0.065 (at 0.64 FX Rate for 1:100)
    Correct very close to Min US$4:00 minimum price.

    Correct we don't know what news may come between now and the Nasdaq listing date, that will have an impact on our current price.
    It seems the 100:1 ratio is locked in.

    BOD must be confident that we will land at a price north of USD$4:00
