Hi MurriO. I believe in the past you have stated you are with CommSec? If this is true all you need to do is open the app and click on Alerts. From here you can set up any number of alerts for different situations to be notified about in your stocks including announcements. You even have options for delivery including a push notification sent to your phone or having it emailed as you seem to prefer.
Maybe set this up and hopefully you won't have as many problems missing announcements as in my experience very few companies/share registries email these directly.
