What a roller coaster. In 2020 Intellihr was trading at 50 cents per share when it had an ARR of $2 million giving it a capitalisation of almost $100 million. Currently Intellihr has ARR of $8.5 million and the scheme offer is for 11 cents per share ($38 million capitalisation).
I think the company offers excellent medium term value. They need a loan to get through the challenging time when it is suddenly hard for SaaS companies to get capital. I believe the 11 cents offer is good but not great - if only they had more cash they could last a bit longer and the value would far exceed that.
I hope a better offer comes through.
