Looks like the offer has a high probability of getting through, given it has the support of the board and the largest shareholder. Not a great outcome overall, but atleast it isn't the pits.
I thought about adding to my position many times over several months, but was never bold enough to do so. This is the danger with beaten down companies - even a healthy takeover premium will have many shareholders underwater, but it is a better outcome than hoping the company can become self-sufficient as they haven't shown any real traction towards that path yet.
