exactly , nothing he changed since early this year , law case was on going , but more patents were granted , however SP keep sinking , company PR need calm the market which will attract more investors this is part of PR job. When SP keeps going down 90% in one year, even there is good news, it wont give ppl confidence but pump and dump .
What if they need raise cash in a year time ? Who will invest money in a company that lost 90% market value in a year ?
It's easy to blame the whole market is down, but why should IIQ is the one losing most value compared to others in same sector ?

In certain circumstances , management should release an update to market on study , or following up outstanding patents, or try to settle the law case ... ......do something about it before it's too late .
