That's one way to look at it.
On the other hand, if you wait for the really good news, you won't be able to get set. As it is, this stock, like many others in the small cap end of the market, is already showing no real depth of volume in the screen, giving good signals, and you can't get set in any volume.
At the current mkt cap...and with the potential it has on that presentation...I think it's a good hold.
Buy signals on the D, W and M charts recently....and break through 73 in time, could see a move up to 100-105.
