yip. talked thru a whole slide on investing on back office. Finance, salesforce, HR, etc. might capitalise some of that but still burns cash. but Glenn's message was this is all about getting the infrastructure right - and that has to be right. these are largely one-off investments, not annually recurring things, and still real optimism around revenues and growth. this was an excellent update, IMHO.
