Yep thats what I keep seeing in articles in the WSJ. Lots of stuff about the need for that improvement. I can see a day when the trade in cell-phone towers we see now is matched by trade in utility towers. Some jurisdictions already seperate out networks from supply through them, which facilitates this but whether you do or don't, increasing sophistication must drive greater emphasis on proactive maintenance/condition assessment.

As an aside when are smart governments going to facilitate national networks of EV charging stations rather than expecting them to develop organically and thus hugely inefficiently?
