The CEO is already paid salary, super and options for running the company and there is no rational justification for progress within her executive mandate, let alone a concocted ‘milestone achievement’ bonus that no one clearly knew at the time or since what it was she was paid $185,000 for.
In the next several years there are hopefully at least 11 foreseeable ‘milestones ‘. On the same nebulous reward basis MH can expect to be paid by the agreeable Board a further $2,035,000 on top of her annual remuneration package. And you look forward to a rising sp on the back of profitability. LOL post CEO questionable incentive aggrandisements.
