I would be surprised if liability insurance covers reneging on a signed contract. Seems they agreed to pay 900k odd but have since witheld payment. Not saying thats what they did but that appears to be what the claim is. Luckily seems they had 4 mil in the bank after last quarterly and if nothing changed they might be another mil down after this quarterly. That should be worst case as they have flagged record earnings from evolis so actually should end up with at least 3 mil cash. Thys even if they had to pay the bill they would still have enough cash for a while
