Something to note when referring to the agency.

'Ikon Communications' appears to be a spin off from the parent company 'Wpp Aunz Ltd'.

From the Wpp AU NZ Website:
"WPP AUNZ is a group of 80+ marketing communications services companies that collaborate to create world-class customer experiences and drive growth for our clients."
(The parent WPP lists 407 companies listed on their website)

The WPP Corporate Code of Conduct Guide states "This Code reflects our commitment to a culture of honesty, integrity and accountability".

The big question; is WPP an incompetent agency that under-delivers & gouges it's clients or has this situation arisen out of a breach of corporate WPP policies by rogue culture or individual(s) within the WPP AU NZ or within the Ikon Communications front business.

For interests sake, I have statistical data on the campaign video's youtube hits that, to me suggest beyond reasonable doubt that the hits were doctored (generated via script).
