They have to demonstrate they can turn the revenue into cash. And then communicate what they plan to do with it. having been badly burned I wouldn't expect Viburnum or similar to come back in a hurry so it's going to need to rely on retail.
Full marks to management so far (for the buyback) but yes I'm very hopeful for the announcement. I'd love to see a small maiden dividend.
