Not taking anything away from the rest of the Board/Management, but look at the DRE Chairman's record:
Founding shareholder/Director of:
- SLR: $2B market cap currently - Paul stepped down as Chairman in 2015 from memory and still owns 1.4M shares in SLR (had ~5.5M previously)
- AVB: got taken over by OZL for $323M
- REM: got taken over for $77M
- Others
See if they can do something similar with DRE!!
