So, DRE Chairman's (Paul Chapman) other current baby (BC8 - Chapman is Chairman)) today did a deal with a Major in the area ($1.9B MC, SLR) which Chapman started/was Chairman of and still holds 1.4M shares in.

Paul Chapman started/is/was Chairman of all 3 companies (DRE, BC8, SLR).

This is why you back the people running the company that have a proven track record.

It helps when those people also start off with a Tier 1 project like DRE's Kimberley projects - and Illaara ain't too shabby either, and Rocky Dam is looking better and better (but then again, they started with Kimberley as that's what they picked, bought and brought in when they came onto DRE).
