Why not use the cash to buy something like Adriatic? Could near on buy the company outright with the sale funds from IMC then get a newly producing mine (ramp up risks I understand) but straight into cash flows... Hermosa is a project hungry for capital to get up and running and still has permitting risk and copper projects are overvalued at the moment even with the copper price slipping.
