This ann. still gives no bona fides on the apparent funder's legitimacy, prior experience and capability to fund such a large investment. And until such is known it would be acceptable to not take it on face value. Even if it was private money names are typically found related to the entity but none are forthcoming in this instance which can be fruitfully investigated. The cynic might take the view that it if succesful the funding promise might buy time, if not money (which may be promised, so which delays changes, but then doesn't eventuate - that's what happened with Ascent I mentioned last night). As an aside, I do note that Anthony Tregoning, writer of these missives includes crisis management PR in his tool bag. Good luck folks, it's a high stakes game. Go well.
