So where are we at?
- RES Board asking Altius to withdraw request for General Meeting on RES Board
- RES contacted ATSIC claiming illegal collective action by three major Shareholder company’s using information provided for ongoing finance negotiations.

Likelihood of Altius withdrawing request - Very low.
Likelihood of ATSIC getting off their behind and actually doing soemthing - TBD (although I'm guessing very low...and if they did I'd guess very slow).

Can't believe we are now gunna get bogged down in this BS.
