there is plenty of manganese world wide and china has put the brakes on ,and who in their right mind would finance this project ,the local security risk is enormouse and no legal rights if things go wrong,as for phil,I know him personally ,he has offered a number of times for kpr to do an in court audit of his financial status and they havent taken him up on his offer ,he claims ?? why not ,may be because it would be the final straw if the market could see no hope of any money from Phil.
