Donald said in one of the Noosa interviews they had to get the quarterly done before releasing the MRE news, so I don't think this delays anything...I would still be expecting the MRE this week.
My guess is it will take time for market to appreciate it and may need the Orient East release to support a proper rerate, but fingers crossed. The pullback and SPP has given the believers a nice chance to get positioned.
