Recent Director purchase, approx $37,000.
Sometimes Directors' purchase just to try and steady the ship when a company is in troubled waters and share price falling, However ILU is in good shape with a good outlook so my guess is the Director believes the comp is going to go from strength to strength as I cannot see that he had any obligation to purchase.
