Assuming no knowledge of magnis I'd sort of agree. But knowing how many times the deadlines and announcements have turned out hollow promises, I dont think it's going to work out.
Cert was the very first hard deadline that mns and it's minions had to meet. Outward facing. And it was/is not a good look.
I don't think the June AAM premises thing will cause too much problem. It's not too much effort or money. Unless the agreement states they have to have those premises from go to woe. It's a Magnis speciality just tick a box.
But yes. The next few months will be fraught. When they need to show 1) real paying customers 2) ability to produce 3) a profit. Hoooo doggy. Feathers will fly. No chance in hell imo.
I dont think they will get a loan. The powers that be (us govt) got burned giving money to a123 and im3alltalk actually bought the a123 kit the govt had already paid for. That would stink worse than a magnis minnow festering in the sun imo.
