I absolutely agree they have cancelled each other out and that it wasn't factored in to the share price prior to the ann.
Not sure of the timing thing though, I guess the one controllable aspect is the CEO announcement, who knows but I expected a jump in the positive direction with this news, disappointing but still a positive advancement
