well thats another issue that was somewhat questionable - initially stated that the application was lodged and we were expecting response to that Fedbruary last year, then out of the blue saying the application has been lodhed - WTF. i recall questioning that and why the doscrepancy in dates - no response. would love to know what actually happened because if no application was lodged when the strong impression that it had been was provided to SH's then management incompetence is it not? or are they also now relying on shailesh "word" that he lodged it on behalf of the JV.

so many smells emanating from here just incredible. whers padmore with all his positive speils about "guess whats around the corner" - you know all that garbage!. and those other posters making it sound as if all was in order and going to get better - imo they are either part of the inner circle or just spruiking to sell out!

anyhow lets see how long management take to update SH;s - as previously mentioned it unfortunately provides sufficient time for the "filing" of records.
