Quite clear for years that Upreti was a lot smarter than Frank and C4V was in the drivers seat with the IP while Magnis shareholders were funding the entire operations (incl C4V's).

Sad, but entirely predictable that Upreti (& his connected parties) would end up getting the better of Frank (again), but sad to see that so many others will pay the price!!! Outrageous that magnis shareholder funded this ridiculous venture with no IP of its own, and will ultimately get the rug pulled out from under them.

IMO what an absolute disaster Frank has been running this company. Perhaps the only asset they have is Nachu, but the only available option is to sell that to someone who can get that mine ready for production when graphite prices recover, but even then, the most likely result will be that Frank will burn those funds too.
