What did IM3 CEO do with the 100M and how did he still manage to fail?

I think worst case if IM3 does go under MNS writes that asset off as mns is not a guarantor to the loan and mns stays alive with Nachu and AAM project and enormous tasks of bringing one of these projects to production.

But the board needs to go and bring in new blood.
