2) Had/has negative nettt equity
3) Is/Was under investigation by ASIC
4) Was mentioned on thee Senate floor with regards to ASIC investigation shortcomings
5) Has had how many people depart in the past 2 years ?
6) Have just breached 6 covenants on a $100mill loan facility, with some covenants appearing to be actionable
7) Attack anyone who doesn’t believe the dream……… forget cents, we’re talking dollars, dollars I tell you…..
8) Was suspended from the ASX
9) Did i mention they’ve sold F all and produced NOTHING but stupid press videos costing SH’s hundred of thousands
