When you are a director of a company, its your job to make sure what is put out (press releases) are correct.
If you have to hire third parties to vet the product, you do it.
MNS had previously released lots of data on battery testing and even sent some of them to potential customers for testing.
Wouldn't they have known from feedback from potential customers?
This battery was not developed overnight - it went on for years and we received lots of regular updates.
Surely, at least one potential customer would have picked this up!!! And the company would have been alerted to this?!?
