Wasn't the point of appointing Hoshi the US based director to keep an eye on the plant in the US. If he was employed over 6 months ago for that reason how can the company claim they had no idea what was going on. Directors and Co will probably escape justice as thats how the world works.

No investors will come close to touching this thing again and more than likely in my opinion the company will fold.

Lost my fair share when dumping at 5.9cents .

On the bright side I no longer have to see MNS way in the red on my portfolio and take comfort in that Frank and Co will all be jobless and their millions of shares will be worth nothing. Hope remaining shareholders have some success if they go after them.
