So, there is only 1 thing that will happen IMO, IM3NY declares bankruptcy, the lender losses millions, this fantasy is cast aside and MNS may focus on graphite, we will probably be ok if we can get the money to finance Nachu

not that simple. The court found C4V directors lied to get funded. The lender noticed the change of the plant without permission from them. So lender has the option to pursue responsible persons.
