Until they can satisfy the ASX they are solvent, I assume?
That means they need to raise cash fast.
Hoshi has said they will raise cash by 'deposits from customers'.
Here is a quote from his latest interview;
These negotiations include an element of a forward purchasing deposit, which is intended to cover the funds needed by the business in the short term,” he said.
My concern is, if they go to customers asking for deposits, the customer (as I would) screw them HARD on pricing, which means little if any margin for profit.
In my uneducated and totally random opinion, they need to sell Nachu to survive. Once they do that and get some cash, they will probably be allowed to trade again?
