I don't mind this. PAK is perhaps not in a good position to do a CR & IIM needs funding.. not to mention someone else with $ sees value in IIM, thats a good sign.
Will IIM be worth too much for PAK to buy 100% by the time Elko is generating an income? Probably.
But on the bright side, that means PAK's 30% share (or whatever it ends up being) will also be worth a lot more.
IIM better generate some revenue this year! And hopefully PAK hits its milestones on time with Elko.
