agree. It feels to me like Bob struggled to let go. In my experience CEOs coming into the role previously held by an Exec Chair end up having a tough time. i might be way off the mark however the impression I always got from Bob in presentations etc is a big ego, and his ignorance shown in the face of hugely critical shareholder feedback suggests that he probably has control issues. I wonder how much rope Isaac was given to truley own his role and implement his own strategy.
