I think its just people taking profit. with a short-term view on their own portfolio.
obviously having the HREC approval for a novel injectable with nanoparticles is a pretty critical and fairly long process to obtain through the ethics committee that probably have limited data and experience. it has also taken a little bit of time to obtain the approval probably due to the above reason.
But now that the HREC approval has been given, they can now go and start the trial which will take some time to set up and run and analyse - and short-term investors want to get out and maybe put their money elsewhere.
