Look at MSB 9 to 1 from FDA's own committee voted for it yet didn't receive the approval from FDA. So be very careful with your words particularly if you proport to be from biomed tech field.

I think by stating things like " it's a slam dunk" is dangerous for new investors who likely have limited funds and take advise from places like this. The loss of their hard earned life savings in case it doesn't pan out (unless you are guaranteeing the success???)... is that on you then??
