    I haven't seen any details of Bob's new salary as Chair however it should only be a fraction of his CEO salary which should make this org change cost minimal.
    Quick wins is what's needed to address the SP and then future CR's should be less dilutive and more appealing.
    the next 6 months will speak volumes.
