When you run out of the latter, a reversal can occur as new buyers only option is to reach for higher hanging fruit. The other variable (-ve) is capital raising, or the (+ve) onset of a strategic partner. Both can tip the scales.
But for value, the 30c potential bottom under 10m mc, spoke value in the med tech landscape.
