Are you in this for the breast cancer LN detection (which doesn't work) or the general use as MRI contrast agent (which we have never seen any pre-clinical data and imaging for)?
The SPIONS at least in the breast cancer trial created a negatively weighted contrast image - using a negative contrast agent for general purpose MRI imaging is bizarre.
