Yeah theyre not even following their own comms policy of keeping the market fully informed. They just say enough to be confusing or ambiguous. This sort of poor disclosure needs to be dealt with by the ASX. How can anyone make an informed investment decision. I do think reporting the specific number is important in this case given the significant delays experience in this trial. it is a material issue reflected by the impact it had had on the share price. Come on IBX, you can do better that this!
