No such thing as estimating with any accuracy...not in my experience at the spec end of the market.
Who is responsible for being overly ambitious?
Management and management alone. Not the first nor will they be the last to do so.
No muddying of the waters, it's a spec stock and as such, they all carry inherent risks - You do your
research before you make your decision to buy; if at any point after that you lose faith you then move on,
simple as that.
