    these guys know how to upsell like a McDonald's.
    would you like fries with that.
    they're more into the upsell than anything else.
    I use letters like that as a sounding board not my stock guru who I follow with blind devotion.
    bkkrunner, read through the comments from the surgeon at Macquarie Private Hospital and tell me based on his writing if you see a need to sell.
